Burton Constable Hall invites families and music lovers to a delightful afternoon of live music and picnics on Saturday July 12th 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
This free event, included with regular admission, offers a perfect blend of entertainment and relaxation in the historic setting of one of Yorkshire’s finest country houses.
The afternoon will feature a performance by Eclectic Music, a popular Hull-based wind band renowned for their diverse repertoire. Visitors can enjoy a mix of popular and classical tunes, with highlights from beloved movies and musicals such as The Avengers, The Wizard of Oz, and Aladdin.
Visitors are encouraged to bring picnic blankets, fold-out chairs, and their favourite refreshments to enjoy during the performance. If you’d like a hassle-free option, our Stables Kitchen will be open all day, offering a tempting selection of sandwiches, toasties, pizzas, and sweet treats. Don’t forget to bring a little pocket money if you fancy some ice cream to keep cool throughout the afternoon.
Chief Executive Alasdair Hutson said “Live on the Lawn is a lovely way to make the most of your visit to Burton Constable Hall. Included in the price of admission, it gives visitors the chance to explore the Hall and Parkland, then relax with a picnic and enjoy live music on the historic lawns.”
