Sledmere House and Gardens is a beautiful country estate in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds, near Driffield, East Yorkshire.
At its centre is the stunning Grade I listed Sledmere House, a family home cherished by the Sykes family for over 250 years. With an impressive octagonal walled garden that is planted with seasonal interests and stunning parkland, it’s East Yorkshire’s hidden gem. There’s plenty to explore for all ages. Open Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sun, 10am- 5pm. Enjoy a delicious bite of locally sourced food at the Coach House Café or take a House or Garden tour during the Summer. The Sledmere Farm Shop focuses on locally sourced, fresh, high-quality produce and is open daily. Alongside the Farm Shop, there’s a Farm with friendly animals, an exciting Adventure Playground and a year-round calendar of seasonal events for all ages.
