Thorp Perrow Arboretum has one of the finest collection of rare, notable and historic trees in the north of England.
The Arboretum covers 100 acres and is home to 51 Champion Trees and 5 National Collections.
Open all year, the Arboretum offers a different experience throughout the seasons: from the snowdrops and croci heralding the start of Spring to the spectacular display of fiery reds, oranges and golds which set the woodlands ablaze throughout Autumn.
The Arboretum is also home to a large Bird of Prey centre incorporating an exciting mammal section and daily flying displays, as well as a plant shop, tearoom, adventure play area and a year-round program of family friendly events.

10am–5pm Winter opening (mid November –
mid February): Weekdays 10am–3pm and weekends
10am–4pm. Closed on Christmas Day.

Use A1 junction 51. Follow Masham B6268 and turn left for Snape (signposted). Also accessible from B6267 Masham-Thirsk Road (signposted).
