Stillingfleet Lodge Garden and Nursery, North Yorkshire
Stillingfleet Lodge Garden and Nursery
Stillingfleet Lodge Gardens is a wildlife-friendly garden, plant nursery, tea-room and art space.
Cultivated by Vanessa and John Cook for over 40 years, it provides quiet space for people and nature. With a central ethos of sustainability, the garden balances the needs of both wildlife and people whilst retaining all the beauty of a cottage garden. Using her passion and knowledge Vanessa aims to inspire a new generation of wildlife gardeners with a series of workshops throughout the year.
The nursery has over 800 different perennial plant varieties, many of which can be seen growing in the garden and are not available in garden centres.
On June 24th the garden will be celebrating their 10th Annual Family Wildlife Day.
