It is no secret that spending time in nature is good for us, so why not join Faith, our Curator and Author of The Nature Remedy, experience these amazing benefits first hand on a series of guided wellness walks. Inspired by the seasons with your health and wellness as the focus.Enjoy and absorb the beautiful surroundings at Thorp Perrow, learn how to switch off from distractions, soothe your mind and body and take away lasting benefits. Each session lasts approximately two hours and finishes with healthy refreshments and a discussion on the benefits of journaling. Take away your journal and spend the rest of the day exploring the wonderful Arboretum.
