Plants are available to buy throughout the season in the stables shop, but once a year the garden team empty the nursery from the stock they’ve been caring for over the winter. Along with cuttings and potted up division, look out for surplus seeds grown on and any dahlias that won’t be required in the garden. Arrive early to avoid disappointment because when they’ve gone, they’ve gone. The gardeners will be on hand to answer your green fingered questions, and gardening tools and books are available from the shop along with pots, ornaments and wildlife feeders.
