Join Dr Keith Thomas for this half-day practical fermentation workshop, illustrating production techniques, ingredients and quality control. The day will be broken down into five sessions, each providing demonstrations and examples of procedures, recipes and the equipment needed for a variety of fermented foods including yoghurt, sauerkraut, Kim Chi, Kombucha and fruit wines.
